We are super excited to share that our Emma Armstrong, In2tec’s Sustainable Electronics Ambassador has been recognised as a finalist for Business Woman of the Year at the Women Leaders In Electronics Awards 2025, hosted by Electronics Weekly.
One of Emma’s greatest attributes is the strength of the relationships she manages to form with our customers, which has played a key part in the growth of our company. As she pushes the boundaries and challenges the status quo, Emma’s influence extends far beyond In2tec. She has presented at key industry events, including Innovation Zero 2024, LOPEC 2025, and IIOM 2025, driving awareness and action on ewaste. She played a pivotal role in bringing the issue to a global audience through the CBS News Economy 4.0 documentary and has built an active professional community through her Sustainable Electronics, Ewaste ReUSE, and Circular Economy LinkedIn group.
Emma has spearheaded engagement with major OEMs, positioning In2tec’s solutions as both a cost-saving measure and a compliance advantage amid tightening regulations. Her work has helped businesses reduce waste, cut emissions, and unlock new revenue streams.
We couldn't be prouder of her achievements as she continues to shine a light on women in the electronics industry.
