Emma Armstrong, In2tec’s Sustainable Electronics Ambassador, has been recognised as a finalist for Innovator of the Year at the Women Leaders In Electronics Awards 2025, hosted by Electronics Weekly.
Emma is at the forefront of the much-needed paradigm shift. She helps OEMs access an untapped income opportunity and significantly reduce their emissions as she leads In2tec’s mission to make sustainable and reusable electronics the industry standard.
She is helping to drive this essential cultural change and encourage businesses to abandon the existing wasteful status quo by highlighting the economic benefits of sustainability in product design and development, a genuine opportunity throughout the supply chain as components are used for less than 20% of their intended life on average – which when reused are then cost and carbon-free.
We couldn't be prouder of her achievements as she continues to shine a light on women in the electronics industry.
Emma is also up for Business Woman and Woman of the Year. Check the other nominations here: Emma Nominations
