Not only enabling technological progress, we believe electronics innovation has a significant part to play in the planet’s sustainability challenges; crucially with the reuse of precious finite resources as continued use and wastage of key resources used in the production of electronics is not sustainable, their overuse will result in increased costs and ultimately, they will be depleted.
Global e-waste is rising, with the importance of reusing materials documented in the ‘Global ‘Ewaste Monitor 2024’ (UNITAR), it reported a record 62 million tonnes (Mt) of e-waste was produced in 2022 and is forecast to rise to 82 million tonnes by 2030. Billions of dollars’ worth of strategically valuable resources being squandered or dumped. Meanwhile, just 22.3% of the year’s e-waste mass was documented as properly collected and recycled in 2022. These extraordinary figures are not sustainable.

Using proprietary electronics design and manufacturing techniques, along with patented conductive adhesives, inter-layer adhesives, printed inks and dielectrics, In2tec delivers printed circuit board assemblies with full recyclability, allowing for the components to re-enter the supply chain as a valuable asset.
In2tec’s signature ReUSE® and ReCYCLE™ technology, comprised of a closed-loop process, allows manufacturers and recyclers to remove components from existing electronics, unstressed and undamaged, at the end of their useful life and reuse them.
‘ReUSE® is a series of materials, processes and design principles used to manufacture PCBAs, while ReCYCLE™ is the ultra-low energy process for unzipping PCBAs, returning them to the original bill of materials.’
