Innovation Zero Day 1 Recap
With the sun shining down on Olympia London, it was Day 1 for the team at Innovation Zero.
It was the big day for Emma, our Sustainable Electronics Ambassador, who presented at the INNOVATION SHOWCASE – INDUSTRIAL FORUM.
Taking to the stage, Emma shared insights into how the existing culture of disposability and material waste that helps drive the climate crisis can evolve into a reuse and recycling circular system – increasing profits for the supply chain whilst cutting costs for the consumer.
Emma also outlined the company’s signature robotics-led ReUSE® and ReCYCLE™ technologies, comprised of closed-loop processes that allow manufacturers to remove components from existing electronics at the end of their useful life and reuse them.
You can witness and gain in-depth knowledge of the robotic process in action once more at our stand (H19) today at 9.30 am, 11.30 am, 2 pm, and 4 pm.
Emma said: “We had a great first day and were pleased to see so much interest from visitors to our stand – not in our technology but the wider issues. We were also delighted to have been included in the final line-up in this year’s Innovation Zero Awards 2024 in the Industry/Mature Solutions category showcasing that circularity is being recognised as a key driver for not only accelerating waste reduction but creating a culture shift in regards to the way products are manufactured in the years and decades to come.”
After the team's very busy but exciting day, I believe it's safe to say that the well-deserved post-work celebration drink was absolutely worth it.
